Stelvio National Park

The Stelvio National Park, the most extensive protected area of the Alps, is waiting for you to enjoy endless excursions and walks, totally immersed in its uncontaminated nature.

The starting points for the main excursions through the magnificent valleys surrounding Bormio are only a few minutes’ drive from the hotel.

According to your preparation and experience, you may choose between simple and easy itineraries (suitable for everyone), where you can have the chance to observe over two thousand different species of plants and flowers and a great variety of flora and fauna (typical of the mountain areas ) in their natural habitat. Or you may decide to set off on an excursion to one of the many shelters scattered throughout the valley and surrounded by the Ortles-Cervedale mountains with a breathtaking view.

Just lift up your eyes to admire the golden eagle - symbol of the park - circling high up in the sky or the huge and majestic bearded vulture with its characteristic outline.
