Free ski

with a minimum staying of 4 nights the ski pass is free and you are also entitled to:
50% discount on group ski lesson with ski schools under agreement
50% discount on ski and ski boots renting at shops under agreement
50% discount on daily Bormio Terme entrance, 7 days a week
15% discount on Bagni di Bormio entrance from Monday to Friday
Kids born after Jan, 1st 2001 in third or fourth bed, with parents paying for a full packet of the same period are entitled to: free staying from 0
to 3 years old, 50% discount from4 to 8 years old, free ski-pass, free entrance to Bormio Terme

Arrival / Departure

On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 16:00.
On the day of departure, we ask you to liberate the room by 10:00.
In case of a late arrival (later than 18:00) we ask that you advise us.

Cancellations

To guarantee your reservation, a down-payment of € 200.00 is required, which once is deposited, is not reimbursable.
In case of cancellation, we will hold the down-payment for at least 6 months for a possible later stay (of the same entity as the reservation)
